The Run for Lloydminster is set to return on Sunday, September 13, with the event scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at Bud Miller Park. This community fundraising event features a 3 km run, walk, or jog, with the goal of raising money for the Bea Fisher Centre and Inclusion Lloydminster.
The Bea Fisher Centre supports individuals with developmental disabilities by providing programs that focus on independence, personal growth, employment opportunities, and community participation. Inclusion Lloydminster advocates for children and adults with intellectual disabilities and their families by promoting inclusion in education, employment, recreation, and community life.
Organized by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Elders’ Association, the Run for Lloydminster brings together residents, businesses, volunteers, and community leaders to support local causes while promoting healthy and active lifestyles.
