Nominations are now open for the 2026 Okimaw Awards, that will be held inside Edmonton City Hall on November 14, recognizing Indigenous men who are making a difference in their communities and beyond. Community members are encouraged to nominate deserving individuals for this year’s awards.
Janice Randhile, Founder and President of the Okimaw Awards Society, highlights with CFWE the nomination process and encourages community members to submit deserving candidates across the award categories.
