Janvier residents are invited to chat with municipal staff this month to learn more about local projects, ask questions and provide feedback on priorities within the community.
The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is hosting a community meal and information session that will touch on several initiatives affecting the hamlet. The municipality is looking for public feedback on rural snow and ice maintenance, while also giving information on planned rural bridge repairs.
Residents also have the chance to meet with representatives from the fire department to learn about becoming paid on-call firefighters with Janvier.
The municipality says this event is intended to give residents an opportunity to connect with project teams and help shape the future planning of Janvier.
More details on this event will be released in the coming days.
