The 2026 Wood Buffalo Excellence in Arts Awards, commonly referred to as the Buffys, will take place on October 17 at the Keyano Theatre in Fort McMurray. This event celebrates the artists, performers, and creative champions who contribute to the region’s cultural community. Hosted by Arts Council Wood Buffalo, this year’s event is themed “Electric Midnight” and will feature live performances, local artwork, food, and entertainment. Early bird ticket pricing will be available until September 1.
