A wildfire burning southeast of Meander River continues to grow, reaching 277 hectares in size.
The fire is located about 20 kilometres southeast of the community.
Fire crews, heavy equipment, helicopters, and night vision aircraft are working to slow its spread.
Smoke remains visible from Highway 35 and surrounding areas.
Officials say there is currently no threat to nearby communities, and firefighting efforts will continue overnight.
