Starting Saturday, May 16 families can once again explore the historic buildings at St. Albert’s Historic River Lots + Grain Elevators (4 Meadowview Drive) to discover the city’s Métis, Francophone and agricultural histories. Visitors can also make a simple craft and try the scavenger hunt.
Note: Father Lacombe Chapel also opens for the season during the May Long Weekend (May 16-18). Be sure to also visit the historic interpreters there on Mission Hill.
Both sites will be open Wednesdays through Sundays and holidays, from 10 am to 5 pm until the Labour Day long weekend in Sept.
