Edmonton’s Deep Freeze Festival is set to return for January 17-18, turning the city into a celebration of winter with arts, culture, and family-friendly activities for all ages.
Jesse Cunningham, programming team lead for the Deep Freeze Festival, tells CFWE this year’s ‘Under the Stars’ theme will feature a Metis-style kitchen party and a range of activities for attendees to enjoy.
Zachary Moostoos-Willier, host of the Metis Kitchen Party for Deep Freeze, highlights featured fiddlers and the Kikino Northern Lights, taking place January 17 inside the Alberta Avenue Community League on the Hearth Stage.
