The Fort Vermillion RCMP received a report from a complainant reporting that a woman had escaped from a possible kidnapping yesterday at 5:13 p.m in Tall Cree Nation.
The complainant told the police indicating that there may be other reported victims in the vehicle. The investigation stated that there was no voracity to the allegations, no offences were committed and there was no danger.
RCMP are aware of social media posts that are being shared with regards to this incident and asking the public to look out for the suspect vehicle.
