Mounties responded to a report coming from the Willow Video Convenience Store on Mistassiniy Road of the armed robbery taking place shortly after 11 p.m.
A lone male walked into the store wearing a face mask, hood and a bulky jacket. The suspect had a firearm and demanded cash and cigarettes from the store employee. He then exited the store through a rear door and left the area.
According to RCMP, The male suspect is described as Approximately 5’8″ and was last seen wearing a grey jacket with black shoulders, black hood, grey sweatpants, and white with black shoes
RCMP obtained video footage of the suspect in the store. They are asking anyone with information on this incident or the people responsible to contact the Wabasca RCMP at 780-891-3765.
