Help recognize and thank outstanding people in your community by nominating them for Council’s Excellence Awards.
The awards acknowledge community champions, young achievers, and real-life heroes dedicated to making a positive impact in the region.
RMWB Mayor and Councillors will choose eligible award recipients in each of the four categories, based on the recommendations of an advisory panel. Recipients and their nominators will be invited to an awards ceremony held in the New Year.
“If you know someone that’s doing great things in the community, we encourage you to nominate them for one of these four awards,” said Mayor Sandy Bowman. “Council’s Excellence Awards allow us to honour and celebrate those among us that are working every day to improve the lives of those around them.”
