A 24 year old St. Paul man is facing multiple charges after RCMP found him intoxicated and armed with a knife near schools.
The incidents happened shortly after 3:30pm on Wednesday April 18th. RCMP received reports of the man walking through traffic and taunting motorists with a knife.
Crews later located the man and arrested him on 45th Street along the east side of the St. Paul Elementary School playground.
RCMP will charge him with several weapon related offences.
