2023 Senior Men’s National Baseball Championships
From Aug. 24-27 at Great Chief Park, 10 teams (two from Alberta) will represent their province in the four-day tournament in a quest to crown the best Senior AAA baseball team in the nation.
On Wednesday, Aug. 23 the opening ceremonies will commence at 6 p.m. at Great Chief Park before the games begin the next day.
On Thursday, Aug. 24 the tournament begins at 10 a.m. in a matchup between New Brunswick and Saskatchewan. The games will continue throughout the day before the host Red Deer Riggers take on Ontario at 7 p.m.
The Riggers will play at 7 p.m. again on Friday, Aug. 25 against Nova Scotia followed by a matchup with Quebec at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26.
On Sunday the semi-finals begin at 9 a.m. and at noon. The bronze medal match will go ahead at 4 p.m. followed by the championship gold medal game at 7 p.m.
