The Curling Group has announced an updated schedule for the 2026-27 Rock League, removing the previously planned stop in Halifax from the circuit. The Halifax event, which was scheduled for January 14-17 at the Scotiabank Centre, will be replaced by a competition at the Servus Arena in Red Deer, Alberta, taking place from April 8-11.
Additionally, the Curling Group announced that the second season of the league will conclude with a championship event from April 15-18 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
The previously scheduled events in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan (January 7-10), Utica, New York (January 28-31), and Ottawa (February 4-7) will remain on the schedule.
The Curling Group, which acquired the Grand Slam of Curling series in 2024, also made changes to the Rock League schedule before its inaugural season last spring. Initially, plans for a six-week season with international stops were modified in the fall, ultimately resulting in a condensed weeklong competition in St. Paul, Minnesota. Subsequent changes moved the competition to Toronto.
Launched by The Curling Group in the spring of 2025, the Rock League brings together six mixed-gender, globally based franchises in a multi-format competition, aimed at elevating the sport into a new professional era.
