Northern Alberta’s, Clayton Bellamy has spent more than three decades making his mark on Canadian country and rock music, from his work as a founding member of The Road Hammers, The Congregation and Black Mountain Whiskey Rebellion, to his latest chapter as a solo artist.
Now, he’s back with his first solo release in more than a decade, “I Miss Tom Petty,” a heartfelt look at nostalgia, growing older and the things we wish we could hold onto.
The song is the first taste of his upcoming album, Soft Kind of Loud, and it comes alongside his acclaimed Tom Petty tribute production and his continued work with the Clayton Bellamy Foundation for the Arts, supporting the next generation of Canadian artists.
