Lloydminster RCMP are asking for the public’s help identifying a person of interest in connection with the attempted abduction of a nine-year-old girl.
Police said the incident was reported on Aug. 14 and an investigation was immediately launched.
As part of that investigation, RCMP worked with a forensic sketch artist to create a composite drawing of an individual investigators want to identify and speak with.
RCMP are releasing the sketch publicly in hopes someone will recognize the person depicted.
Police have not released further details about the circumstances of the attempted abduction.
Anyone who recognizes the person in the composite sketch or has information about the incident is asked to contact Lloydminster RCMP at 780-808-8400.
