Carrot by Moonlight returns June 13 with an immersive culinary experience where four acclaimed Edmonton chefs (Spencer Thompson, Zach Eaton, Priya Winsor, and Kelsey Johnson) will each receive mystery boxes filled with everyday kitchen staples and culturally inspired ingredients they must transform creatively across a three-course dinner experience.
