The Grande Prairie Salvation Army has continued to stay busy this December as they have made 662 food hampers this Christmas season.
Executive Director of the Salvation Army Peter Kim tells CFWE, that he expects them to get even busier.
In terms of donations, Kim said the food bank is mostly looking for monetary donations. He also mentioned how they estimated about 20 percent of the population is struggling with food insecurity.
