The Royal Canadian Legion is a non profit organization that is dedicated to helping the community by providing support to Veterans from the Canadian Armed Forces and First Responders such as Police and others.
CFWE caught up with President Dale Bendfeld from the Royal Canadian Legion about the latest community initiatives making a difference in the community by collecting hampers, donations and more for their Christmas campaign.
Bendfeld has served 40 years with the Canadian Army and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He has served as an infantry, airborne, ranger and special service force officer in command, combat, leadership, and training positions.
