Alexander First Nation is part of the Cree Ethno-linguistic group. The main reserve is bordered by Sturgeon County and Lac Ste. Anne County.
Over 60 members attended the community program and services update meeting today. There is over 2, 600 members. On December 9, 2025, Alexander First Nation is hosting their annual Christmas celebration at the River Cree Resort & Casino.
