Peavey Mart is coming back to the province. The familiar Canadian farm and ranch retail chain announced the stores will re-open in several towns beginning later this year, after having previously closed all the stores across the country earlier this year.
The operations will be brought back by a group of investors who have secured the rights to the Peavey Mart name and intellectual property.
The first announced locations include Spruce Grove, Westlock, Camrose, and Lacombe as part of the initially aimed 7 to 12 locations spread across Alberta and Saskatchewan. No statements have been issued on the re-opening of the former Peavey Mart stores in Peace River and High Prairie.
