One of two people charged after a 2023 drug bust has been given a sentence of 18 months time served in jail.
Bradley Victor Morency has been sentenced to 18 months’ time in Peace River, served after pleading guilty to two counts of for the purpose of trafficking and one count of firearm possession.
Four other charges related to drugs and stolen property were withdrawn.
Jesse Nadeau of Grimshaw, his co-accused, received a conditional sentence last October for similar offenses.
The pair were arrested in July 2023 following a police search that uncovered cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and a flamethrower.
