The City of Grande Prairie is inviting residents to help guide the future of community supports and services by completing the online Community Supports & Services Survey, open from June 5 to July 4, 2025.
The survey is an opportunity for residents to share their feedback, identify local needs and help shape priorities that contribute to a healthy, connected community. Responses will inform future planning and funding decisions for programs and services that support individuals, families and the broader community.
Input gathered through the survey will directly support the City and its partners—through the Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) program—in enhancing quality of life, fostering inclusive relationships and building a caring community.
Residents who complete the survey can enter a draw to win a $500 gift card for gas and groceries.
