Grande Prairie’s Rural RCMP detachment is relocating.
On February 24th, the station will now be based out of the Western Alberta District Office on Westside Drive.
This allows rural officers to provide the same level of service to communities like Clairmont, Sexsmith, Teepee Creek and DeBolt. The Grande Prairie Municipal RCMP detachment will cease operations in those communities.
The Grande Prairie Rural RCMP detachment office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
