The Indigenous Storytelling series is on now at Fort Edmonton Park.
The series highlights the importance of the relationship between culture, Indigenous storytelling, and oral history.
The topics of this series are a variety of stories, some with mature themes like spooky, cheekiness and violence among others and is curated and intended for adult audiences.
Evert Poor is the Indigenous narrative coordinator at Fort Edmonton Park and believes this series plays a small part in advancing reconciliation.
All proceeds from this program directly support Indigenous programming at Fort Edmonton Park.

The 18 plus event runs every Saturday until March 15th with morning and afternoon time slots available.
