The Traffic Signal Maintenance Program will resume January 14 in Grande Prairie.
City crews will be inspecting and upgrading traffic signal lights at the intersections of 108 Avenue and 100 Street, 68 Avenue and 108 Street, and 98 Avenue and 100 Street.
Traffic signals will be temporarily offline, lane closures and speed reductions can be expected while the work is ongoing.
Further work is to be done in the spring.
The City says this work is essential in maintaining traffic flow and ensuring the safety of drivers and pedestrians.
