RCMP in Grande Prairie are asking anyone who may have witnessed a hit and run on September 14th just before 8:00pm on 108th Ave.
Police say they responded to a complaint that night surrounding a hit and run with a blue sedan and 13 year old pedestrian. Crews say the victim was “thrown into the air” during the collision but suffered minor injuries and released on scene.
RCMP believe after hitting the pedestrian, the male driver stopped his vehicle, apologized, and fled the scene. The driver was seen in a blue sedan, possibly a Honda Civic. Anyone with information or dashcam footage from 7:50-8:05pm on September 14th are asked to contact the RCMP.
