Wings ‘Stuff The Truck’ event hosted by the Sea Change Brewing Company needs the community support for donations of household items for families fleeing from domestic violence such as new bedding and kitchen essentials.
Candace Smallwood, director of resources and development with Wings spoke with CFWE speaks on her excitement that Sea Change is hosting the fundraising event, with all donated items will be going towards furnishing the suites at Wings for families in need of a safer home.
Smallwood speaks on the much needed items for families such as new bedding, coffee makers and other kitchen essentials and cleaning supplies to ‘Stuff The Truck’.
Smallwood is hopeful that Edmontonian’s that plan to attend the ‘Stuff The Truck’ will feel that they have made a positive impact within their community, calling it “Neighbors helping neighbors”.
