The Fairview Health Complex Emergency Department will be without a doctor twice this week.
The first closure will start on Monday, July 15 at 7:00 a.m., and will last until Wednesday at 7 a.m.
The second closer will go into effect on Thursday, July 18 at 7:00 a.m., and last until Firday at 7:00 a.m.
Staff will remain onsite to provide urgent triage and assessments, as well as referrals for pateitns to seek other emergency departments.
911 callers with medical emergenices will be re-routed to neighbouring facilities.
The distruption could be cancelled if coverage is found.
