Sean recently celebrated his 32nd year in radio.
Burkee started in Slave Lake in 1992, moved to Cold Lake in 1993 then back to Edmonton in 1997.
In 2010/2011, he was named On Air Personality of the Year by the CCMA. (Canadian Country Music Association).
When he’s not on the AIR playing ‘Todays BEST Country’, you’ll find him running, racing vintage motocross or hiking trails in Jasper with his wife Nicole and their pups Wilson and Jasper.
He also a very proud Dad of 2 daughters Jordan and Payten.
