Beaver Lake Cree Nation Community Hall will host a free Harvest Dinner and Dance on October 17th, featuring a supper catered by Labones, live music from Kyle Desjarlais and Legacy, and door prizes. Doors open at 5 p.m., with supper served at 6 p.m.
Elaine Fox, Prevention Manager for Beaver Lake Cree Nation, tells CFWE that attendees can expect an evening of live music, good food and community connection.
Fox says celebrating the harvest as a community is important, and hopes youth will join their families for Saturday evening’s festivities.
