Three charities are coming together for a new fundraising event called “Survey Says,” aimed at raising money to continue making a difference in the lives of Central Albertans.
On April 15, 2027, eight teams will compete on stage at Westerner Park’s Exhibition Hall in Red Deer to support the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre, Dress for Success Central Alberta, and the Red Deer Homeless Foundation.
“Survey Says” will feature a local twist on the classic game-show format, hosted by celebrity, comedian, and television personality Gerry Dee.
“Survey Says is a wonderful example of what can happen when charities unite around a shared purpose,” said Mark Jones, CEO of the Child Advocacy Centre, in a statement.
“By bringing together the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre, Dress for Success Central Alberta, and the Red Deer Homeless Foundation for one unforgettable night, we’re creating an opportunity for our community to support three important causes at once. It’s three charities, one incredible event, and three times the impact because when we work together, our community thrives.”
The Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre supports children and youth affected by abuse and exploitation, offering education and prevention initiatives.
Dress for Success Central Alberta provides support, resources, professional attire, and connections to help women enter or re-enter the workforce.
The Red Deer Homeless Foundation addresses homelessness in the community through housing solutions, partnerships, and initiatives.
