With a kickoff celebration to their annual Treaty week full of activities on September 9, a ground breaking ceremony took place on their new location for their future home of the new administration building.
Shovels hit the ground by Chief and council following a pancake breakfast and a traditional Pipe ceremony, with many planned activities that will include a school pow wow, golf tournament, an Indian Relay Race that will be held at the Bonnyville Rodeo Grounds September 12 and 13.
