Three people were arrested after a community was told to shelter on Tuesday night.
The alert was for Atikameg First Nations and surrounding areas.
Just before midnight, Mounties were looking for four armed men that were last seen on Highway 750 near Nahachick Road in the remote northern community. Officers were also asking that drivers not stop or pick up any hitchhikers while the shelter in place order was in effect.
The order has since been rescinded.
Just after 6am on Wednesday, High Prairie RCMP gave an update on the situation, saying that three suspects had been arrested.
The names of the suspects have not been released.
