Grande Prairie Friendship Centre
Youth from Grande Prairie and surrounding communities will gather this week for the 26th annual Spirit Seekers Youth Conference, hosted by the Grande Prairie Friendship Centre on March 13 and 14.
Shelia Moerkoert, Communications Coordinator with the Grande Prairie Friendship Centre tells CFWE the two-day event will feature keynote speaker Matt Cardinal of the Prairie States, youth role model awards, and a Saturday gathering at Northwestern Polytechnic celebrating culture and connection, and the round dance at the Friendship Centre.
Moerkoert says the 26th annual conference will once again welcome youth to the Grande Prairie, the Friendship Centre, and Northwestern Polytechnic for the two-day event.
