The Town of High Level is preparing for its annual Frostival event, scheduled for Saturday, February 28, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Jubilee Park. This year, the event will feature the return of the Little Chippers Program, along with activities such as a snow maze, a live ice carving demonstration, and more.
Kayla Wardley, the Community Development Manager for the Town of High Level, tells CFWE that the Little Chippers Program will allow participants to create their own ice sculptures.
Wardley also explained that the event was originally launched 11 years ago to celebrate the town’s 50th anniversary.
