Megan Moroney was born and raised in Georgia and grew up in a music loving household. Megan remembers when her dad would sit her down with an album and tell her to read into the lyrics to see what they actually mean, and soon – she’d be doing the same to him with her favourite country albums.
In 2022, she released her debut EP, Pistol Made of Roses, followed by her single “Tennessee Orange” which put Megan on the map as Nashville’s most compelling new artist.
Now in 2026, she’s ready to release her brand new album, Cloud 9, and bring a whole new colour palette with her: Pink!
Brooklin spoke with Megan about the new album and how she decides which colour best fits, her pinch me moment in the industry, and how her fans have stayed loyal throughout her talent of storytelling heartbreak.
