AVEYA, one of Alberta’s brightest young country artists

At just 12 years old, Aveya is already making her mark as one of Alberta’s brightest young country artists. Her soulful voice, natural stage presence, and heartfelt storytelling have earned her spots on some of the province’s biggest stages including Big Valley Jamboree, CFR, Fulton Fest, the Rainmaker Rodeo, and the Rural Municipalities of Alberta Convention.

She has also performed the Canadian national anthem for the Edmonton Riverhawks Baseball Club, winning over crowds with her authenticity and her rare ability to connect with audiences of all ages.

In 2025, Aveya was named the Global Country Youth Winner, joining the ranks of past recipients such as Brett Kissel and Hailey Benedict. That same year, she was honoured as St. Albert’s Entertainer of the Year, further recognizing her impact as a young artist in her community. She is also a Horizon Youth Artist Award nominee with Country Music Alberta.
