Geek on the Peak will officially return to Lloydminster from February 1 to 6. During this event, two members of the Lloydminster Kinsmen Club will ascend 24 feet into the air and live in an igloo on a platform for five days to raise money for Telemiracle. They will ascend on February 1 at 5 p.m. and come back down on February 6 at 5 p.m.
Ean Bull, one of the participants, tells CFWE that he feels a bit nervous, but is honored to bring back Geek on the Peak.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of Telemiracle, and Bull mentioned that it has been about 20 years since Geek on the Peak was last held, which is why he decided to bring it back.
