Daniel Johnstone – better known as ‘Can Man Dan’ – is gearing up for his 15th annual winter campout outside Toys R Us on Gateway Boulevard from December 5-7, collecting toys and food to support local kids this holiday season.
Daniel Johnstone, Director of the Can Man Dan Foundation tells CFWE it feels great to give back to Edmonton on a meaningful way and help local children during the Christmas Season.
Johnstone hopes to collect 50,000 pounds of food and $50,000 worth of toys this year, all in support of Santa’s Anonymous and the Edmonton Food Bank.
