Student transported to hospital following school bus incident in Northern Alberta

The Peace Wapiti Public School Division says one student was taken to hospital as a precaution this morning after an incident involving a school bus.

According to the division, bus 377 was involved near the Silver Pointe subdivision.

Seven students were on the bus, with one student being transported to the hospital.

The bus will be inspected by PWPSD’s transportation department before returning to its regular route.

No other details have been released.
