New Cardiac Rehabilitation and Centre for Diabetes Care at the Community Health Centre- Lakewood

Covenant announced today the opening of the Cardiac Rehabilitation and Centre for Diabetes Care at the Community Health Centre ― Lakewood in southeast Edmonton. This
clinic provides specialized care for referred patients recovering from heart disease, managing diabetes or, in some cases, managing both conditions.
