Update: RCMP say Katrina Doiron turned herself in to the Rimbey RCMP detachment and was released on an undertaking for Court on October 1. Police are still looking for assistance locating the horse named Hank.
On June 21, Rimbey RCMP initiated an investigation into the theft of a horse.
After investigation, RCMP charged Ponoka County resident Katrina Doiron, 28, with theft of cattle over $5000 and there is currently a warrant for her arrest.
RCMP also said Doiron is refusing to return the horse, whose name is Hank, and will not tell police where Hank is.
According to RCMP, Doiron has stated she is in the process of selling Hank.
Rimbey RCMP is seeking assistance in locating Hank so he can be returned to his rightful owner.

RCMP is advising that if you are in possession of Hank, you are committing the offence of possessing stolen property over $5000.
