Veronica McRae has long been dedicated to supporting Indigenous youth and single mothers, and her latest initiative takes that commitment to the next level. Through her work with A Good Place, she has helped build a strong, supportive community, and now, she’s making a lasting impact in education with the creation of the A Good Place Scholarship for Indigenous Students at NAIT. This new scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to Indigenous Single Mothers pursuing their studies, helping to break down barriers and create opportunities for future generations. In this interview, Veronica shares what inspired her to launch the scholarship, the impact she hopes it will have, and how the community can get involved in supporting this meaningful cause.
