A Westlock man is facing numerous charges following a proactive traffic stop by local RCMP.
On Jan. 27, mounties were conducting patrols in the area of Vimy, Alta., near Township Road 590 when a traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle.
Through the course of the investigation Jason Brian Munn (52), a resident of Rochester, Alta., was located failing to comply with his release order conditions.
RCMP seized approximately 237.1 Grams of suspected methamphetamine, 90.08 grams of suspected cocaine, 2.6 grams of suspected fentanyl, suspected codeine pills and an assortment of drug paraphernalia.
Munn was additionally charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking of methamphetamine, opioids and cocaine.
Munn also received a violation ticket for being unable to produce a drivers license.
He was brought before a Justice of the Peace, where he was remanded with a court date set for today in Westlock court room.
