
MMIR Gathering
From January 9-10, the City of Edmonton will host the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives Gathering at the Edmonton Inn and Conference Centre. The gathering will feature panel discussions, guest speakers, and a round dance provided by Creating Hope Society.
Kyla Pascal, City of Edmonton Strategic Planner for the Indigenous Relations Office spoke with CFWE on what attendees can expect from the two-day conference that will create a space for healing and connection.
