The City of Cold Lake’s Santa Clause Parade returns on November 29 to bring on the holiday cheer, where 45 floats will be showcased to spread the Christmas cheer.
Katie Pankhurst, Community event programmer for the City of Cold Lake spoke with CFWE, saying it’s a big deal when Santa Clause comes to town.
Pankhurst speaks on the floats and how the public get’s involved with voting their favorite as the ‘Best Float Awards’ that includes Business, non-profit and Mayors Choice.
Pankhurst goes on to highlight their After Party that will include a bouncy castle, face painting and more for families and children to enjoy at the Cold Lake Energy Centre.
Pankhurst adds that she wants attendees to come out to see the best efforts of the floats and what the community has to offer for this years Santa Clause Parade.
