The Ben Calf Robe Traditional Pow Wow celebrated their 40th year on the grounds of Clarke Stadium, where hundreds of dancers from across Alberta gathered in the anniversary of the Pow Wow event.
Organizer Elizabeth Betty Letendra tells CFWE that it is a great feeling to have people come together for the 40th year, and highlights the humble beginnings of the event.

Letendra says their is so much history behind the Ben Calf Robe Traditional Pow Wow event, and mentions the Elders that have passed on to the Spirit world that helped in the early days of the event, and wanted the children to learn about the culture and for it to never be forgotten.
