The Edmonton Boat and Sportsman’s Show was held inside the Edmonton Expo Centre over the weekend, where many from across the province gathered for the outdoor enthusiasts marketplace for fishing, hunting and boating needs.
Windspeaker Radio Network spoke with Les Trendall, show manager of the Edmonton Boat and Sportsman Show as he calls it a candy store for all outdoorsmen and women to check out many fishing, hunting and boating vendors from all over Alberta.

Trendall says when people walk through the front doors, they are hit with a wow factor as hundreds of boats and ATV’s are scattered and many vendors from across the province for attendees to check out.
Not only is it a candy store for adults, Trendall says it’s much more for the children as well, as many activities range from shooting bows, fishing and much more.
Trendall enjoys to see many smiling faces as people walk about the show, as he knows that right around the corner is the time for people to enjoy the great outdoors.
