Saddle Lake Health Centre Welcomes The Man Van for Mobile Health Services

‘The Man Van’ from the Prostate Cancer Centre is hitting the road to Saddle Lake Health Centre on March 19th.

Nicole Gladue, office manager and Nurse Troy Tilley from Saddle Lake Health Centre spoke with CFWE about ‘The Man Van’ coming to the community to raise awareness about Prostate Cancer.

Gladue and Tilley goes on to say that the type of service is unique with providing mental health services and prostate cancer checks, along with providing incentives to those that attend, with both hopeful that other Nations across Alberta will do the same with ‘The Man Van’.

With this being the first time that Saddle Lake Health Centre hosting ‘The Man Van’, Tilley is hopeful for a positive turnout and for the van to return to the community.
