The 2024 Shiver Fest returns to the town of St. Paul from February 15-19 on 50th Street, with free access for families and residents to participate in the four day event.
Lynn Smid, St. Paul Regional SCSS director spoke with CFWE about what residents can expect with the four day festival, with kicking off the event with a pancake dinner and family fun.
Smid says that the Shiver Fest is a time for families to reconnect with one another and disconnect from their devices and partake in the activities for everyone to enjoy.
